Returns and Exchange Policy

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE ONLY:

Our greatest appreciation here at BKLASSY Beautique LLC is our customers. Therefore, our priority is to solidify customers with a pleasant experience and outstanding services. 

It is our pleasure to accept returns on all full-priced merchandise for Store Credit ONLY!!!!!

ALL! acceptable full priced items must be unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise in order to receive store credit. *Under no circumstances will we accept merchandise/items that are damaged and used*

(This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, and etc.)

We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

Please send an email to bklassybeautique@bklassy.online to request an RA Number (Return Authorization#)

We must receive the returned product within 5 days from the assigned RA Number. 

Once we receive your return please allow 7 business days for processing.

Once processed we will email you a store credit code which can be used to purchase a new item of your choosing for the store credit approval amount

Defective Item(s) Only:

If you have received an item with any defects, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to inform us of the issue.

If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return.

You must send a photo to: bklassybeautique@bklassy.online of the defect item(s) along with all the details of your order invoice.   

*No Returns or Exchanges on the following below items: (*All Sales are Final*)                            *Jewelry, scarves, bags, shoes,undergarments, bodysuits, and all accessory items are final sale.

How to return merchandise and shipping information:

It is the responsibility of the customers to pay All shipping charges associated with returning package(s)

Please include a copy of the invoice and please state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print your confirmation email and this will be suffice as record of your transaction.  

*Our recommendation when returning, is to obtain tracking information on all return items in the event if it gets lost during the return process
